Religious facades are coming down as people get real with God. New to the ministry, Pastor Mark was drying up after two years of pastoring. “I gotta go to Kansas City,” he told others. His weekend in revival helped him receive the ministry he needed as a pastor - to go back and minister to others.
Joe had told God, “You’re going to have to fix me or kill me.” Flipping through the TV stations, he found World Revival Church airing live on Daystar - and found the church only a few miles from where he lived.
His transparency with God led to a divine encounter with revival. “I haven’t had a cigarette in 10 months... and when I first came I had over $650.00 in overdraft charges. In January 2009, I started tithing and have had no bounced checks since!”
“It’s really weird for me to go to church, especially on a weekend,” Karina confessed. Her mom had seen the services on Daystar and wanted her daughter to experience revival. After a full weekend at World Revival Church, Karina shared, “I feel like I’m being chipped into a sculpture. It’s a relief… I feel like my life is being revived!”
No religious verbage from Renee, who returned for a second visit to World Revival Church with her family this past weekend. “This is the Disneyland of the Holy Ghost,” she said, as she described the passion and excitement she sensed throughout the service.
