The song, “Lord, I Want to Be Holy” ushered in the presence of God Sunday morning at World Revival Church. Written by 11 year-old Ally King, it was symbolic of the powerful work God is doing among children and entire families in revival.
Families worship together at WRC. Pastors Steve and Kathy Gray firmly believe that children can and should experience God’s presence. Church services at WRC keep kids with parents as much as possible, with the WRC children’s ministry complementing this philosophy.
The end result? Strong families in God!
Travis and Cassie have only attended WRC for a week and are already seeing positive growth and change in their family. “Our three year-old loves the children’s ministry on Thursday nights,” Cassie shared. “[WRC] is what we’ve been looking for!”
Impressed with the love the church has shown their family, Travis has experienced a new freedom in his home to worship Jesus. “In just a week’s time my household level of holiness has increased,” he said.
Jacob and Lacy are raising their two children at World Revival Church. “When we first came here,” Lacy shared, “we had no kids. We were business owners, but God wasn’t first in our lives.”
They were so impressed with seeing a whole congregation “running after God with all that they are” that they made the decision to make WRC their home church. “It rescued me,” Lacy explained.
“I’ve been here since I was a little kid,” Melissa shared, “and I’m still here!” Melissa and her husband Steve have chosen to raise their family at World Revival Church. God has poured his presence into her life, and Melissa’s desire is to see her children inherit the same wonderful experience with God.
What do you want for your family? Make a decision this week to raise your kids in a church where families experience God together. Come, be our guest this Sunday!
