Miracles are happening at World Revival Church! James and Rachel first came to WRC to experience the revival they had watched for over a year. Their lives had been dramatically changed through the ministry of Pastors Steve and Kathy Gray and they knew they needed to get to Kansas City.
Last weekend marked their second visit to WRC - and a miracle healing for Rachel! At 17 she had been diagnosed with a brain tumor. When the tumor was surgically removed, brain was cut out as well, leaving Rachel with limitations and symptoms she thought she’d live with forever.
“I had learned to live with the effects of the surgery,” she said, “and I thought there was no healing for me.” Her symptoms included dizziness when looking up and even when lying down flat. She was unsteady on her feet at times and would wobble and sway.
Everything changed for Rachel this weekend when God moved in a powerful creative healing. After receiving prayer, her husband James related, “She grabbed me and said ‘My head is healed!’” The change was immediate and she started doing things that James said, “I’ve never seen her do!”
Driving back to the hotel, Rachel opened the sunroof on their car, leaned back and gazed at the stars - something that was impossible for her to do before. She called her mom to tell her, “Mom, I can see the stars! I can look up and I’m not dizzy!”
Rachel’s excitement as she shared her testimony this past Sunday morning was contagious. The congregation rose to their feet multiple times in response to the creative, miracle healing of God. With huge smiles, she encouraged everyone who felt like their situation was too unusual or too big for God to heal: “God can do anything!”
