Powerful encounters with God marked this past weekend at World Revival Church as hundreds gathered for the Encounter Conference. Pastors and leaders from over 25 states and 5 countries experienced revival - and received the training and impartation characteristic of the ministry of Pastors Steve and Kathy Gray and their leadership team.
Saturday night featured a powerful time of anointing as Pastor Steve anointed ministry leaders with oil. Pastor Steve coached those wanting prayer to “be a good investment for God!”
He encouraged the ministry leaders by sharing his experience when revival was first birthed in his life (the Smithton Outpouring) leading to the upsurge at World Revival Church that’s now touching over 200 nations. “Most people miss their ‘now’ moment with God because they hesistate,” he explained. “I had already predetermined, ‘God, if you ever touch me again, I will grab it and run with it as fast and as hard as I can!’”
The anointing time was explosive and fast. Ministry leaders received their “now” moment as Pastor Steve moved quickly among them, anointing each one with oil and imparting the anointings that flow in this revival into their lives.
Bernie and Jacqueline, missionaries from England knew “we were meant to be here.” Jacqueline shared, “Unbelievable things have been done in my life!” Not only did they receive an impartation of the Spirit for ministry, Jacqueline also received healing from Fibromyalgia!
Kathy from Canada described her experience, “I came here thinking everything was okay… but it’s like God did a heart transplant!”
Pastors Doug and Jackie were amazed at what God did in their lives over the weekend. Doug shared, “I’m trying to get my head around everything that’s happened this weekend!” He then spoke to Pastor Steve and Kathy, “I want to give honor. You’ve laid a foundation for me to come in and experience God!”
His wife, Jackie, added that initially, they had been running from visiting WRC. Greatly impacted by the ministry of Pastors Steve and Kathy, she told the crowd, “This is victory for me!” She encouraged pastors to “quit reading about revival” and get here to World Revival Church!
Pastor Steve’s final encouragement to the gathered pastors and leaders was to take the anointing they received and cultivate it within their churches for a corporate anointing. “There’s an anointing that happens in a group,” he shared. “If you’ve encountered God this weekend, that’s good! Now realize there’s a group to go to!”
